Customer Service takes forever to respond to requests. Accidentally booked wrong hotel, canceled booking within 5 min. Hotel refused to refund the small amount of $50 bucks. This company is in dire straights - not to be trusted.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. Their customer service is non-existent. It takes them days to respond to any requests, which is incredibly frustrating. I accidentally booked a room online and immediately requested a refund for the $45 charge. Despite my prompt request, they denied the refund. If they need to cling to $45 that badly, it’s a sign they're in dire straits. I wouldn’t recommend staying with anyone who’s that desperate for money. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and sanity. Zero stars if I could!

This places is in need of a good refurbishment the place is nothing like the picture on website the rooms are musty smelling and the carpets are stained mould in the bathroom and the sofa bed which my daughter was meant to sleep on was stained and had a hole with the stuffing coming out I complained there and emailed head office I have been told by them that there staff said I didn’t complain so what do anything I spoken to 2 members of the staff and was told by the lady what did I expect for what I paid I said I expect to have a clean room and a room like the picture on the website that I booked it on so I would save your money and not stay here I have contacted trading standards as the company don’t want to know

I find the best opportunities for customer service are not when things go correctly, but when they go wrong and how a company handles it. I booked online the evening before for a Wednesday night stay, for whatever reason my actual booking became a Sunday night. On phoning them the next day within 12 hours of making the booking, they could not care less and despite having available rooms were not interested in resolving this situation, completely dismissive of my issue. The amount of money is irrelevant to myself, but to others may not be so.

Good value for money, I wouldn't eat at the restaurant (not affiliated) opposite the hotel ever again.. but the hotel staff were alright 👍

Was exactly what was expected for a no frills low star place to sleep and it was perfect for us. If you want better then go and pay a lot more it's as simple as that. Room was big enough, bed a good size. Shower was very powerful and really hot. Good value for money. Taste of India next door was good too.

Well what can I say. We booked in to the ✌️Hotel✌️ for our 2 night stay and to say we were disappointed was a very big understatement. Got in the room to find we were actually the second occupants of the room as we were sharing it with a huge spider up in the corner of the room in its webb. On looking in the bathroom all that could be seen was black mould. The bath was just the same with chips out of the enamel. I went to the toilet and flush once, only to find the cistern didn't fill up. Then proceed to wash my hands, only to find we had no water. The breakfast was laughable with tables set up in the corridor of the reception. This is one to miss.

Basic room with ensuite shower. Hotel smelled musty and sweaty in communal areas...carpet could do with cleaning ! Breakfast self service , basic cereal, toast....very small area with only 3 tables to cater for 40 rooms !

Not much in the way of hotels in this area. This is nearest to my actual destination so made sense. If you've ever been to a motel in the States then this is akin to one of the low end ones. Don't get me wrong, the room we had was clean but the fittings are tired and dated. The bed was functional but not overly comfortable and the bathroom whilst clean was not as spotless as it could be. Limescale string the basin plughole and the grouting in the shower plus an uneven toilet seat showed a lack of attention to detail. If you're looking for an overnight pitstop or a place to bed down over a couple of nights then this will do. But you won't want to spend a day in the room. Oh and the breakfast buffet is served in the foyer from the entrance inwards. Not for me thanks. Think of Redwings as a below par Travelodge and you'll be spot on. I have stayed in worse though.

This is based on a stay here in 2016, but looking at the current reviews I would say not much has changed in that time. We booked purely on budget constraints, as we were visiting Rockingham Motor Speedway for the weekend. The parking outside was the first indicator, as there were simply not enough spaces to support the "hotel". This was compounded by building work happening next door. Next was food, or lack of. The only facility for any meals was a table in the reception area, with a poor range of cereals and a toaster. Very, very lacking in choice or availability of drinks, and the only seating was in reception on one or two tables, plus the stairs that we were told to spill over into. Thankfully there was a village close by to stock up on provisions, and a fairly good restaurant next door for an evening meal. Rooms were very dated and tired even back then, so I can only imagine with a lack of investment that they are far worse in condition now. Location is far from anywhere (despite there being a huge amount of industry around the area) so expect a drive in every direction. Nothing to see close by if you like walking, so again you will have to travel away as a base. It did the job of keeping us dry, and we kept telling ourselves "it's only 50 quid", but I would warn anyone else off staying here I'm afraid.

BEDBUGS!! I stayed here and woke up absolutely covered in bites. I had to leave early for work but phoned the manager afterwards. She just refused to accept this, even after I told her I could send her pictures of my bites. She said she had the room checked, and that they had followed protocol, but that doesn’t change the fact I was covered in bites and now need to get all my clothes treated. I was met with a fairly unfriendly response and absolutely no offer to partially refund the stay. When I entered my room there were chocolate wrappers on the floor from the previous guest, which indicates how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. Avoid.

Quick and helpful check in. Parked the van close to our room and under cctv. Very clean throughout. Hot powerful shower everything works. Great value.

Basic hotel but clean and warm. Continental breakfast was limited but ok . Lovely Indian restaurant next door . Pity the TV had no signal and the bathroom mirror when steamed up revealed information I didn't need to know about a previous guest . Better clean the mirrors when cleaning the rooms

Room was a bit tired, needs updating. Was clean, can help yourself to the coffee and tea. Only downside that is when it's breakfast time you have to sit in the main entrance where people come and go..but you pay for what you get

I Rang up to make this booking I had double checked the dates with her , and she booked me and my husband in wrong day so we couldn’t get a refund as I didn’t check email (had other things like daughter in hospital ) refused to book again since it was the receptionist at fault no refund and lost out on £85 I’d kept well away looked dirty and have no professional mannerisms at all disgusting

My 1 star review is for management. My wife phoned up and made a booking where the receptionist continued to get dates wrong. We finally got the room booked and on the evening of arrival 10pm we was told there's no room and no rooms available due to been booked the wrong date we asked for so I hade to travel back 5 hours home . This was a emergency booking as we drove to see our daughter who had been rushed into hospital and this was going to be a stop over before we travelled back home the next day. We was in a panic due to the nature of our daughters accident that as my wife rang and verbally booked the room it's was left as its our fault as we didn't check the booking email . No offer of a refund No offer of a different night Just its not there problem we are at fault .... Great customer care ( NOT ) Didn't get to see the room obviously so marked them neutral. I wouldn't book here again and check your emails for correct dates so you don't fall flat on your faves like we did.

We stayed here after a wedding we attended. The rooms felt outdated and basic, no locks or latches on the bathroom doors and the beds not very comfortable. The breakfast was served in the entrance lobby/reception area, with only 3/4 tables seating 4 people. So while you ate there was a flow of people checking out and the employees working in reception too answering queries etc.

Rooms clean and tidy although a bit dated. Don't expect a 5 star hotel for travelodge money, perfectly fine for a couple of nights stay.

Très bien situé (pas trop loin de la voie rapide) les chambres sont très spacieuse le personnel très aimable. Un prix tout a fait compétitif avec un léger petit déjeuner. PS les sanitaires ne sont pas ultra récents mais il en résulte ce bon tarif.
